HOR-BASH

ear of

In its eighth year of existence HOR has yet to be classified under any category below the vast umbrella of electronic music. HOR assimilates pounding live bass and drums with throbbing electronic beats and melodies, and Mr. Ginn’s uncompromising guitar work. HOR is certainly its own entity. Bash is a collection of ten tracks all written, arranged, and produced by Greg Ginn.

Greg Ginn- Guitar
Andy Batwinas-Percussion, Keyboards

SST Part 6

SST records is back and on the attack..If you don't much about what bands were on the label than than you might want to read this great piece here...... <.....<<
So anyways the article hopefully if you did read it covers about everything up until the 90s .. now which personally I think myself had some really interesting albums that just virtually went unnoticed by both the mainstream and people that actually bough alot of the music back when they were on the top..

A couple of these I am, going to throw down on this here place for you listening enjoyment..
but first as a bonus as always were going to get to a couple of albums that actually didnt even get released for what reason is unsure but when i was following the label on a monthly basis I was lucky enough to get my hands on 2 cds in 2003 from the bands Hor and Fastagato...
Both are quite excellent and feature of course Greg Ginn on guitar amongst other things..

check it!

CP35-3016 Black Triangle Abbey Road

From another source... In 1983, Toshiba-EMI Japan released CP35-3016: the first official Beatles CD, but quickly withdrew it from sale after legal problems. Four years later, a new EMI version of the CD was created and released worldwide. CP35-3016 (often called the "black triangle" version in reference to the label artwork) has less dynamic-range (cd-mastering) compression, treble emphasis and consequently more hiss than the later version(s). It is generally held in high regard as a remarkable transparant and natural sounding version of the 1969 'Abbey Road' album.

So anyway..I uploaded this in the best quality I could for file size purposes
MP3 Lame 320-kbps Some time in the future when I get a better file saving site I will upload
this in wav format which I would of course say is slightly better in quality..
but for now...Part 1 Part 2
Crank up That Hiss!!!!

B-Side Garden

What can be said about the band SoundGarden that hasn't really been said already?Yeah Probably nothing ..Tons of great songs especially for me the first 4 or so albums but this aint what we are talking about here this is all the b-sides from every single the released and all the covers they did some live stuff and the songs they put on those grunge movie soundtracks that some of you might have seen..Or maybe not...Rock Out! This is divided into 4 parts so for my 4ths post..
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

Not So Different

So my first blog is over and done now I can put up something else..
more Pink Floyd but just for today..So this is a remix done by well me of the long out of print works album.
I guess you would call it a greatest hits or something but i wouldn't say that pink floyd really had to many hits ..So anyway this is a revamping of sorts from the cd and than onto other tracks that I added to the album including great live version of Julia dream,Point me to the sky and a so awesome LOUD mono version of have a cigar.I guess it would be like listening to a podcast but without some dude talking about how much he knows about every song and who farted in the studio during so and so..
